Shipping & Returns



We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, without defects, or we will replace the product at our expense. 
Free shipping is valid on retail orders to one contiguous U.S. address that totals $75 or more after any discounts or promotions. All other contiguous U.S. retail orders under $75 have a flat rate shipping cost of $7 per delivery. 
Customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to re-ship an order due to incorrect address entry. 
** Wholesale customers - orders are charged actual freight costs and will be quoted in the shopping account at checkout. We ship via FedEx Ground or common carrier for larger orders. Shipping fees are capped at 10% of the order total for all orders over $500 and orders over $1,000 have a flat rate freight cost of $25. We offer different shipping promotions throughout the year during show seasons. Please contact us, or your sales rep, to inquire if we are offering any specials.
Returns Policy

You may exchange unopened/unused items, with the exception of bath and body products, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No returns are accepted after 14 days. Custom orders, soap and bath & body products are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. You will need to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, broken or misdirected returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If your return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, the return shipping will be taken care of by us. Please contact us for instructions.
** We recommend that you purchase tea light candles or votives to try a scent before purchasing a large candle. We cannot accept returns for candles once they have been burned.
