Email Marketing Specialist

Independent Contractor | Remote

Eco Candle Co. is looking for an experienced independent Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email marketing program.We're looking for someone who is highly proficient in Klaviyo and experienced in e-commerce email marketing, campaign strategy, copywriting, and email design in Figma.

You'll create a minimum of two retail emails and one wholesale email each week, while monitoring our existing Klaviyo flows, analyzing performance, and helping us continue to grow our email program.

You'll work directly with our team to learn the Eco Candle Co. brand, develop engaging campaigns, create on-brand designs using Figma and Canva, and use data to continually improve our email marketing.

Our existing Klaviyo flows were recently updated, so our immediate focus is on campaign execution, learning our brand, monitoring performance, and preparing for future optimization rather than immediately rebuilding our existing flows.

We're looking for an independent, creative, detail-oriented person who can take ownership of the channel and become a long-term part of our team.

Order Fulfillment

We are looking for additional fulfillment help for our busy holiday season! Part-time hours starting immediately and through January 2027. The possibility of staying on long-term will be available for the right candidate. This is a weekday position, within the hours of 8am-6pm, with some weekend hours required. Salary: Starting $15.00+, based on availability and experience.Timeline: ASAP through January 2027. 

Duties include:

  • Efficiently and accurately pick & pack outgoing orders.

  • Communicate effectively with the sales desk to keep outgoing shipments on schedule.

  • Receive and check incoming shipments for accuracy & damage. Report discrepancies to management.

  • Keep all production and shipping areas tidy. 

  • Assist with production to keep products stocked for store and online orders.

  • Communicate with other staff members to get orders completed and out the door promptly. 

  • Keep shipping supply inventory stocked.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required. 

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment. 

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Dependable worker with excellent time management.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated and also a team player.

  • Able to lift 50lbs, repeatedly.

  • Able to carry 25-50 lbs up and down stairs.
