Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Eco Candle Company – Appleton, WI 

Eco Candle Company is a woman-owned, green-minded business that creates high-quality soy candles and home fragrance products. We're looking for a Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. If you love storytelling, social engagement, and eco-friendly products, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute email and social media strategies that engage our community, customers, and wholesalers.

  • Create and schedule graphic and video content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.

  • Manage and design email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring messages resonate with different audience segments.

  • Create and execute SMS campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

  • Update monthly retail sales and promotions on our BigCommerce website.

  • Design marketing assets using Canva or similar graphic creation tools.

  • Optimize website marketing content to align with promotions and campaigns.

  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for engagement and conversion.

  • Jump in on other marketing projects as needed!

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, graphic and video content creation, or a related role.

  • Strong copywriting skills—you know how to craft compelling, on-brand messaging.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).

  • Basic website management skills (BigCommerce or similar eCommerce platforms).

  • Proficiency in Canva or other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!).

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative.

  • Bonus points if you love candles and sustainable products!
