Aroma: Fresh, green, and woody. Spruce needle is softer and sweeter in aroma than other evergreen essential oils.

Suggested Use: The aroma of evergreen has been used to help improve breathing. Topically, it is popular to use as a muscle rub. Dilute to 2% in a carrier oil with topical use. This equals about 10 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil.
History: Native to Canada, black spruce is the offical tree of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
Specific Safety Information: Not for internal use. Dilute properly with topical use. Some essential oils may be contraindicated with certain medical conditions. Ask your doctor if you have any questions before use.

- Exchanges: You may exchange unopened/unused items, with the exception of bath and body products, within 14 days of delivery for a store credit of the full purchase price minus any discounts.
