To make your own room spray, combine 2oz. of distilled water with about 10 drops of Essential Oil in one of Aromaland's freshpack misters, shake well, and spray liberally.
Adding Fir Needle to a warm bath brings welcome stimulation to sore, stiff and overworked muscles. In order to prevent the oils from floating on the surface, blend the Essential Oil with some Half & Half, honey, vinegar or Aromaland's Coconut Emulsifier before adding it to the water.
History:Evergreen Essential oil has a long history of use in the sauna, steam bath, and as an additive to baths and massage products targeting sore muscles and strengthening the system. Nicely energizing.
