Directions for use:

- Make sure your skin is clean and dry.
- Apply to your face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure.
- If you're not particularly prone to sunburns, 1/4 tsp should be enough. If you have burn-prone skin, use up to 1/3 tsp.
- Be sure to cover areas that are often forgotten, such as your hairline and ears.
- Rub it in so the sunscreen can blend, then allow it to set for 1-2 minutes.
Reapply natural sunscreen: At least every 2 hours.
Sun Safety Tips: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease these risks, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
- Limit time in the sun, especially from 10am - 2pm.
- Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
For children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor.
