Palo Santo is a tree that grows on the coast of South America. For centuries it has been used as a natural wood incense by the Incas and shamans as a spiritual remedy for purifying and cleansing, to get rid of evil spirits and misfortune, as well as for medicinal purposes. Its aroma is very similar to that of frankincense.
