Suggested Use: The aroma of evergreen has been used to help improve breathing. Topically, it is popular to use as a muscle rub. Dilute to 2% in a carrier oil with topical use. This equals about 10 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil.
History: Native to Canada, black spruce is the offical tree of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
