Our Twisted Tapers are crafted using the same old-fashioned dipping method, with an added step of hand-twisting. This process gives each candle its distinct shape, making them truly unique. Combining the most precious of candle waxes with skilled craftsmanship, each pair burns long and even, with a beautifully textured, sculptural finish.

Taper Candle Care

• Our pure beeswax taper candles are designed to be dripless. However, like pillars, any form of draft will cause the candle to drip and burn down much faster.
• To prevent dripping, keep away from open windows, fans, or excessive airflow of any kind, and make sure that the candles are set up straight up and down.  Taper candles may not need trimming each burn.  Trim as needed to maintain about ¼-½” wick height.  Too short a wick may also lead to drips. Extinguish and trim the wick if the end of the wick is producing ash.
• Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the candle flame mess-free, by removing the oxygen, making sure not to touch the candle or wick with the snuffer, which could weaken the side wall causing it to drip later.
