Bath Directions: Toss 1-2 bath tea bags into a warm bath and let them steep while you lie back, relax and enjoy. *Insider tip - put the tea bag on your forehead or your chest for a couple minutes while you practice some deep breathing for an extra aromatherapy boost!
Also makes a great facial steam! Facial Steam Directions: Add boiling water to a large pot or bowl over one bath tea bag. With a towel over your head, lean over the bowl and steam for up to 5 minutes. The steam will open up your pores to remove impurities and leave you with hydrated and glowing skin. The natural essential oils and herbs will make you feel relaxed and calm.
